I know mine didn't correct itself during labour and my daughter got stuck, but they got her out eventually.
Just ke a pap smear. It means my smears have always been really sore. She couldn't even feel if I was dilated/effaced etc.It didn't do anything for me other than give me a is was over a week ago this time and I still haven't had the d with DD I had the show the next day and still had to be induced at 10 days overdue.(Dunno if you are GBS t I I won't be getting another one done until I have a good talk to my Ob about.).See ya,.S Edited to say in regards to being is is your first baby right?I am due today and I know how much it sucks to be en there twice already and if nothing happens today. So you will know no different in the pain levels of natural verses induction.Hi, just returned from my 40 wk midwife appointment where she attempted a stretch sweep but my cervix is posterior, I've got another booked for 403 but am really disappointed as feel like I won't be able to go into labour naturally.A stretch and sweep (of which eastman staples student discount I have had.one with each baby) is basically just an internal where the Ob gets their gloved finger and runs it across the cervix, or if you are already dilated a bit, runs their finger across the membranes.First birth was 2 weeks overdue, I was induced and ended in c-section due to brow presentation. They basically do it to aggravate the cervix in the hopes it'll start doing something. They sweep the membranes to shed a couple of layers of cells in the hopes that it'll thin the membranes out a bit and cause the to break.I know I need to be more positive but it's quite hard at this point. If you get really fed. This message was edited by Cath_k on Friday, @ 10:58.Either way my induction has been booked for Monday (which I really want to avoid!) - come on baby!
Anyway, it's worthwhile getting it cause it does work for some t, that's because their bodies were ready for labour anyway.
